995m fuse box (1 Viewer)

Hi all

Please help as I'm starting to pull out what little hair I have left.

I'm trying to remove the fuse box on my Rapido 995m the one that's on the steering column.
I'm trying to install some electrical equipment but can't figure out how to drop the top half of the fuse box.
All the other bolts are out

It's a 2006 merc
The top bolt on the fuse board on the steering column just keeps rotating so not undoing.
I'm guessing it goes into a plastic retainer for the nut?

Very frustrating

Just a quick update

I did get the bolt out but had to cut part of the box where it is retained by the bolt.
As I suspected the captive nut was just turning and not "captive" any more.
A bit of a pain but alls good now
