It's your business of course - but I'd have thought that when customers actually sit down to do the "ring around" chore, they'd much rather get an instant response - either by website or phone - rather than "booking" a callback.Very sorry to hear your call didn't get answered, we have been very busy lately with a very high volume of calls, one of the reasons i am on this forum is to prevent things like this happening where you can book your time and date when you NEED calling, fingers crossed in future you can take advantage of this service.
