I'm looking to buy a spare 16" Fiat alloy for my Burstner Ixeo but struggling to locate just one unit. The only current options open to me are to buy one direct for £289+vat or a set of 4 off the bay @ £749!

I wondered if I was the only one in this predicament or on the basis this isn't against forum rules (@Jim please remove if this is the case), whether this could be an opportunity to share the cost with 3 others and therefore, reducing the cost to £187.50 inc vat per wheel (delivery/collection arrangements would need to be arranged)?

If anyone is interested, please let me know so we could discuss further

I just bought a steel spare as it was unlikely to be used or if so only for a short while and also much cheaper. Had to buy a set of different studs though as the ones for the Alloy wheels was too long.

You were wise to buy the different studs - the different types of metal wheel require different types of stud, or you run the danger of needing a cutting torch to remove them!!!

What is the problem with the studs. ? .

I just bought a steel rim from camper uk to fit a 2016 carado on a fiat base with 110 mm stud hole centre the other fiat is 120 mm they did not say anything about needing different studs ..cost £117 fiat quoted £150 plus vat .

I only bought the shorter studs after I put the steel spare wheel on after a puncture, the wheel would not move as the Alloy wheel studs were too long and went through to the other side.

Try them to see if they are too long.

Ok thanks any idea how much shorter the steel wheel studs should be.
I am in Marakech so i will have to find a fiat agent and my Arabic and French is not good but if i can show measurements it will be easier .
