Never been slept in yet so we don't know how comfy or easy to actually use -Paul has been using it as his everyday transport since we did it in June but has now bought a estate car hence it's now for sale proper -don't think he wanted to sell it but now the estate is on the scene
Got to do a lot come April 1 st -get it valeted,taxed (been sorn since dec)gas, water and filled with a few bits for my 4 days survival

Hello Wendy welcome to Fun and your first meet, just counted up and we have 12 solo lady Motorhomers and 6 solo gentlemen camping at Chester should be good, have a look at the Rally Chat thread so you can get a idea of what is going on over the week end.

For those who have not noticed we have posted it many times MOTORHOME FUN have arranged that we can get access any time AFTER 3 pm but Strictly not before.

Lots of information re parking close to race course for early arrivals can be found in this thread, worth reading the 3 threads on rally chat to see what is going on with Fun & Camperfest.
Any questions please ask.

Does anybody know the rules re visitors and second vehicles?

We arrive on Thursday but we are being joined for Saturday night by daughter and grandchildren. Will they need to park their car elsewhere?

The parking is down to Camperfest and they control the parking, if you can't park by your van (though I would try) then they could park just across the road on the Roudee Car Park £1.50 for overnight.

I would think that if they park across the rear of your van rather than alongside it should not cause anyone a problem.

Last year the Camperfest people stopped parking cars by the motorhomes , but a few managed to park by the vans anyway. But there are alternatives if needed. Think there are going to be a lot of people at Camperfest this year.
