So, you have a problem?
It could be you want some information on a product, or on a motorhome. It could be something you have bought and you are having some problems.
Roughly, the process now seems to be:
1. you will get at least one message of sympathy, usually from someone who has been there but quite often does not want to admit it.
2.You will get at least three very helpful suggestions, and very often the solution to your problem.
3. Jim will point you towards a manual you should have looked at in the first place - now this is going to cost you because you do not know anyone with one.
4. It will now degenerate into total fun.......so be prepared to laugh at the suggestions and at yourself.
5. If youy have been extremely stupid, expect a hilldweller.
Love it, it gives me a grin every time I log on.
