PM - e-mail alerts? (1 Viewer)

Hi

I have not changed my profile at all but I have noticed that I no longer get an e-mail alert when I receive a PM, this has changed since the server change yesterday


Any ideas?

They are turned on in your profile, and are working elsewhere. I think it might be something local to you Debbie, its nothing this end but will check, has anyone else noticed anything?

Debbie you may be right. It looks like there are some problems with system initiated emails. I will look in to it for you.

Thanks for pointing that out Don, we are looking into it now, I have made some changes that we think will fix the issue, but it will require a server re-boot and this would mean going off line for a little while. Because the email issue is not that urgent, I will put off the re-boot until everyone is tucked up in their beds in the early hours of tomorrow morning. So hopefully the system email issue will be resolved tomorrow. Meanwhile I thank you for your patience.
