Hi all just seeing if anybody can give me any help regarding are new purchase of a concorde charisma. only had the van for a week and struggling with a few items so if anyone can give me advise it would be helpfull.

First problem I can not get my head around is the auto gas refill, it has a connection on the side of the van to fill the gas tank as in the photo, does anyone know what kind of adapter i need to fit on this to fill with fuel in the uk. also when I look at the gas tank level on the board in the van it says 20% full but when I switch the button over from the gas bottles to the on board tank I am not getting gas flow to cooker ect. do I have to turn of the calor bottle to use the onboard gas tank or is their a cut of lever somewhere that I am missing.

Regards George any help would be nice

For the price of a new Charisma, I would have thought Southdowns would have supplied a servant, living in the garage, to fill the gas for you!:)

Nice van, I hope you have some great times in it.(n)

Gaslow produce a range of adapters, I would be on the phone to the dealer first though!

Does the gas tank have a main isolator lever or tap at the tank ?....they usually do or you couldnt change/repair the solenoid unless the tank was empty....it could be turned off cutting supply the solenoid.

That is the wrong fitting for the UK. Gaslow and Gasit have one for UK, it has two bayonet pins for the coupling, Tell them to change it, they are only a few quid and should have been done before you ever saw it. Whilst at it check the reversing light for the offside, and anything else that should have been don e to make it a UK one.

Hi, there are a couple of Funsters who have the same van as you but I can't remember their names:doh: I can picture their faces though.

Good luck with your lovely new van.
