E.mails to Johns X (1 Viewer)

Is it me or something else. Twice over the last six months i have e.mailed Johns X accessory dept. Never get a reply. Rather disappointed. BUSBY.

I had no trouble getting though a week or so ago.

The problem with emailing is they'll get loads and loads so wading through them will be a nightmare and easy to miss the important ones. Why not just ring?
