creating a link within text (1 Viewer)

Could any of you computer wizards explain how to create a link within the text of a thread. The link text always shows as blue when its a link.

In the tool bar at the top of the message box you will see a chain symbol (7th from left).
Open the page you want to link to in another tab and copy the URL (e.g. http://www.motorhomeparking.co.uk/) from the browser address bar.
Type some text (e.g. This Page), highlight it, left click on the chain symbol, paste the URL into the box and click on Insert. You will then have a link to This Page. (y)

Thanks both, not only a question I wanted an answer to, but an expanded answer giving me information I lacked, had often seen the link done via a single word, now I also know how, as golly says, just need to retain the knowledge now (y)

Jim has made it too easy for you no challenge any more, on other forums like O&A you have to do it in html much more fun.:)
