It's so we can work out how many sittings we will need. Will be asking for the menus etc some time next year.
As Brian Evans will tell you a lot of planning takes place to do a large rally.
We are aiming for 4 nights ( 2 booked nights & 2 own entertainment nights)
Fish and chips one evening
Sunday Lunch.
Swan Race
Maybe Go-karts again
Pimms party in the carpark.
Thats just for starters
