Hasn’t happened before but my trauma combi water (chausson 640) heater doesn’t appear to be working . Have changed the fuse in the main switch board (although the removed one looked ok ) . Have plenty of gas , plugged in etc . Any ideas for a electronics simpleton ?

Jewellbags I seem to recall that on my 2019 Chausson 530 the Truma combi has a separate blade fuse in a black fuse holder.

If you look at the combi boiler, to the left at the rear, there is an access hole in the seat base wall that gives access to the cables running to the distribution and fuse boxes.

Look for a thick red cable (about 3-4mm in diameter). Pull this cable gently towards the combi boiler to reveal the fuse holder, to enable you to check this fuse.

Can't give you a photo, as motorhome currently back in storage.

Not being funny, but have you selected the Truma gas option by mistake? I know it's easily done.....😁

Would the same fuse stop the gas water heating from working ? I reset the gar switch and we’ve managed to have a warm shower so panic over but would like to try fix it if I can

Jewellbags not sure as I've not had any problems, so far, but the external fuse in the black holder may provide power for the gas boiler igniter.

Again not being funny, did you remember to remove the external flue cover to allow the gas side of the Truma combi to work. It's easy to forget if you usually use electric.

Yep , used the right switches and took the cover off . I might trace the alternative fuse mentioned in the morning - not now , too much vino :)
