Truma boiler display is dead

Arrived on site and the Truma display wont come to life
Ive checked the only visible fuse on the boiler under the flap and its ok
Anywhere else i should be checking

Behind the display should be a small fuseholder with (I think a 1amp) 20mm glass fuse.

It turned out to be fuse F14 in the IDM technology fuse box
under permanent heating
The fuse wasn't blown but it appeared to be not properly located
I removed it and refitted and the Truma panel came back to life .
