I'd imagine choices might vary depending on whether you're under or over 3.5t?
Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg (Diesel), Germany (via Saarbrucken), then either Switzerland into Italy then Milan, San Marino, Ancona or Austria ( Diesel) via Innsbruck (Brenner), Italy, Verona, San Marino, Ancona..
If you have time, then via Munich, A8 past Rosenheim (please wave as you go past
), A96 towards ( Diesel in Niedendorf) , Innsbruck then over Kitzbuhel, Lienz, Plöcken pass, Venice then around to San Marino etc...
Size and weight will dictate your route (and costs), Google Maps is your friend. put in your start and end points then drag the route across the options I suggested to find what suits you.
Austrian and Swiss vignettes (up to 3.5t) are available online, 48€ for the Swiss one (until Jan 26) and 12.75 € for 10 days, Austria.
