Just did a comparison site search and Ripe came up at £483 . Seen that name on forum I thought did a search and 15% discount, did quote £486 ......go figure, do they just make it all up as they go along???

Try calling them ,they are relatively quick to answer get a quote then mention discount I've given a few links ,same as on here and people have had the 15% off

Ripe get's lots of essentially free advertising here, but that is only because they promise to save members 15%. If they are not giving the discount to members I would delete their ads immediately.

Every time I have tested it and asked others to do the same, the 15% reduction is applied.

Couple of questions...Did you go through our discount page? Are you sure the comparison site did not already apply a discount?

Jim, it did some weird stuff when I took out the policy. I followed the link and it gave me the discount and no issue.

I went to take out the policy the day after and just did the quote again as I couldn’t find the reference number. It came out about £80 more.

I then found the reference number and took out the cheaper quote.

No idea why, perhaps it’s cookie related or something. Hope it helps and sorry if it didn’t.

Morning Jim,
Yes went through site, but thinking on it ,I think it asked about club membership ( c& mhc) it may of offered discount on that basis. Thing is it's still a good price for me, just frustrated at constant variances.
