van conversion
Hi, thinking of getting a propex HS2000 heater
at some point but dont fancy installing myself.
Who do I need to contact that can do this?
Is it a plumbers job or motorhome conversion people?
cheers
ryan

There are 2 skills needed, firstly to physically mount the heater in an appropriate place and so that air and exhaust ducting can be installed and secondly, someone with the skill to connect the gas and electric supply. I would have thought that any decent plumber would have the ability to do that sort of work. Likewise a motorhome conversion company should be able to do it but I suspect they will charge more for the work.
Do you not feel confident about the basic installation (you will get plenty of advice from other converters on this forum) and getting an 'expert' to do the gas and electrical work.
There might be a forum member who lives close by who can help.

I think I heard there were some cheap chinese versions of these best to research first!

its an easy enough job two holes through the floor wires and gas pipe which van is it?
the cheaper chinese deisel heaters are more powerfull and equaly easy to fit
