Motor for Electric Steps

I have a CI Carioca 625 , the electric motor which extends / retracts the steps is broken and i cant find a replacement motor or replacement broken part. Please see photos . There is a sacraficial piece of casing at the back of the motor which has broken off due to the ‘one step controller node ‘ failing . Does anyone know ehere i can go to getba replacement motor , or replace the piece that has broken off at the rear of the motor. Many many thanks, Mike

Thanx for the reply, the steps are the original fitted steps by CI - there is no brand name on them , taking the steps motor apart there are no names other than 100526/F 1206. i will try to post some pics of the steps and the motor without the outer case. Thanks , Mike

I have found a rery similar actuator by CI rollerteam , who do sell the end plate separately , its called an Electric Step Linear Actuator End Plate £39. Im gonna order tht one as it looks like exactly the same motor / actuator. Thanx Otter Spotter , by asking that question it prompted me to have a deeper dive and i think ive found the actuator ‘CI Trigano Rollerteam Electric Step Linear Actuator’ . Cheers mate

Here’s another thought, there used to be people you could send an electric motor to and they would refurbish it, have you considered searching for Electric motor refurbishment ?

Motor maybe but like the original poster mine has had the plastic end cap broken

And to get such a thing reproduced somewhere is likely to be silly money
