Kew gardens

Hi guys.
Any good independent sites near Kew gardens or near public transport to get there early december.thanks chaps

Kew Gardens is inside the London Borough Richmond and thus also the LEZ. Won't be any sites in near vicinity.

Best options, especially December when many places closed, could be C&CC Chertsey which is usually open winter, albeit perhaps slight risk from Thames. Chertsey rail about 1.25 mile walk would have a train to Kew Bridge (stopping service so around 50 mins), or perhaps change for faster service to Richmond both also 3/4 mile or so from Kew Gardens.
