Grocery Shopping before heading to Loch Lomond?

Quick question:

We are looking for a convenient spot to buy our groceries (and beer/wine) before we head through the Highlands for a week in our rented Motorhome.

My daughters and I will be spending the day shopping in Glasgow while my husband and son pick up the motorhome from Manchester; the plan is to take the bus/train to meet him somewhere around 4-5 pm, shop, then head to Loch Lomond for the first night.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I suppose I am looking for a large Tescos/Sainsburys in the west part of Glasgow, close to the motorway heading to Loch Lomond.

Hi, big Tesco at Silverburn on the M77 about 5 miles south of the city centre or a shopping centre at Braehead on the mate on the way to the Erskine bridge and Loch Lomond. Cannot remember what store it is, sorry.

I also had an online shop delivered to a campsite last week.

Seemed cheaper and easier than either going via bus or moving motorhome out and back again.

loch lomond

Have brilliant time - but be careful and secure - we spent couple of weeks up there and had my bike nicked from a secure carpark (packed up to leave early morning and not allowed to keep car we had towed up next to RV)

Apart from that we loved it - have family up there too so off in Sept to see them :thumb:

Scotland is amazing - so much diverse countryside - love it:thumb::thumb:

Hiya, I may be too late to post this, you could have been and gone!
There is a Co-op in Balloch, it's not massive but it has everything you need. It's easy to get a train from Glasgow Queen St to Balloch and your Husband could meet you there. ASDA will deliver here too, have you booked a site?
