Fresh water Reservoir cleaning hatch

We are on site and have just noticed that we have a leak it appears to be coming from the black round cleaning hatch on the water reservoir. Do I just need to unscrew the hatch cover and the hopefully it will then be a case of replacing the gasket. Do I need any special tools to unscrew the hatch.

Any advice will be welcomed.

If it is like our Burstner one the seal is very skimpy foam cell type. Undo the black cap, reposition the seal and do up again. Sometimes a new seal is needed.

DId you ever solve this dripping cleaning hatch problem? We have just discovered the same think happening. I'm trying to find a new seal before I remove the cap (in case I break the seal totally when opening).
