Hi all! Just wondering if anyone has any advice or experience with the step alarm not going off? Tried absolutely everything. The alarm goes off the moment the ignition comes on. Any help would be awesome, thank you!

Hi is it a alarm to tell you the step is out and needs putting in

Not sure if this helps but we have a Ford Transit camper and if the step is out when the ignition is on we get the alarm. Same if you try to put the step out when the engine is on, or (strangely) if the key is still in the ignition.

theres a micro switch on the step that can get seized
