Swift Bolero 2013
Morning
We are away at the moment in our Swift Bolero.
Last night we somehow managed to break the window stays. We are obviously going to have to get a new part but I am struggling to get the old one off at the window.
It looks like it should push up and off but I don't want to force it and do more damage if I am wrong.
Has anybody else had this issue.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
For some reason it won't let me attach a photo

Without a photo not sure what were talking about BUT the windows on our van are screwed into the window and you need to prise off the covers on the outside

I don't know why it will not let me attach a photo.
I had this problem before but it righted itself. I've tried logging out and back on again but no joy.
On ours there no screws there are no fittings in the outside of the window.
It definitely looks like it slides out but something is stopping it moving.

I think I may have sorted the attachment issue

Hi again
Obviously the photo is of the struts in its broken state.
I have now reassembled it as a temporary measure at least.
Must remember not to open it too wide for a bit 🤣
