Where the body joins the cab on our adria the dealer was asked to tidy up some of the sealer but made a complete pigs ear of it so i'm gonna do it myself.
But what sealer do i need ? Silver Adria , so i need a light grey tube of squirt .
Any help much appreciated.

I didn’t think Adria used coloured sealant, what colour did the dealer who messed it up use.

I have used RV61 to good effect, it is easy to use and work and is as effective as any other product.

I don’t know if it’s available in colours

Sikaflex 522, its made for that very job, and its what i used to do it on mine. Clean-up with a cut off piece of garden hose to give a neat finish.

scrape off all of the old sealant and clean thoroughly with meths, before applying the new stuff on a dry day.

Sorry just read the silver bit! Dont think they do it in silver or grey :(

I have been using grey Dekasyl MS-2 and Dekaseal1512 on our Adria Compact when adding solar and sealing things such as the outside shower point. Their Dekaclean Ultra cleaner/solvent is far and away the best product I’ve used for both removing existing or new mastic and general cleaning.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys , it was grey originally and the dealer used a mix of grey and then when they ran out they used white so its half and half now :banghead: .

Hopefully the weather is gonna be kind enough for me to get on with this now 🙏

Can't remember ;)
Grey puraflex40 half the price of sikaflex, made by the same company and sold in toolstation
I may be out of date but as far as I know Puraflex only make White or Black! YES I would recommend it to stick and seal anything 👍
Edit ….. yes they make GRAY but not sold in Toolstation

im a not so newbie
I’m sealing mine up today.

On advice from here I’ve got sikalastomer 710.
It’s a butyl sealant so stays flexible.

It’s a pig to work with but does the job 😊

Does butyl skin over ? Or is it the stuff used on old caravans that stayed like chewy and got dirty over time ?

Absolute beginners.
Done the same job on mine today. Only needed a thimble full for a minor repair. I used some 522 I had leftover from a panel installation. I abraded the surface and cleaned it all with acetone. The repair was where that non setting black goo had burst through the factory sealant.
