Not a cloud in sight and sun shining bright here in Selsey (they call it little Spain)��

I met and married my husband Alan in Selsey.

We lived together in our first house for almost 10 years in Selsey which we bought for £10,995

We never thought we would be able to manage the repayments.

We moved to Ilfracombe in 1987 after selling Selsey house for almost 5 times the amount we paid for it.
Alan's brother still lives in Selsey. He is the local electrician. J & D electrical.

Been peeing down since 9am. Off to France tomorrow, didn't fancy the constant squeaking of discs at low speed, decided to change pads. Got some new ones first thing.
The new pads sit in garage, the MH is jacked up, the calipers are waiting, the rain continues, only 10 mins each side but damned if I'm gonna get wet. (YET)
Luckily, SHMBO loaded most items yesterday, just the odds and sods.

For all those people who are always moaning about how it always rains in Scotland when they visit, we have yet another glorious warm, sunny day here in Skyreburn in the south of Scotland :thumb:

Apart from thunder, lightning and some heavy rain last Tuesday, we've faired pretty well with the weather this summer.

Several motorhomes were spotted in Gatehouse of Fleet nearby yesterday enjoying the pleasant weather
