Hi all.
I have a free weekend so have decided to take Barney(our MH) to the German GP in July.
Will set off from Sheffield on Friday lunchtime and get the Eurotunnel around 6pm. I want to do the majority of the 6 hour journey from Calais before stopping and then go to the circuit campsite in the morning.
My question is can anyone recommend somewhere to stop en route that will be cheap/free (Don't forget I am from Yorkshire
) Doesn't have to have 5* facilities as we wont be stopping for long...basically somewhere to get some sleep and maybe a beer or two (again optional).
It will be my first foray into Europe too so advice on what I will need to do to the van/have on board would be great too.
