NO its not a thread about 'A' frames BUT about animal welfare generally when left in the CAR .

'Achmed' THE Mixed up type 57 Terrier., is left in the rear of the Mni MPV sometimes with windows slightly down water + 12v Computer type Fan-ON etc....Just in case we get some Hot weather again.

DIY tinting [ Plastic film stuff 35%] to lessen the UV impact is the present joboh: What a pratling mess/Job:Sad:

SO THE SIDE WINDOWS ARE NOW DONE [NOT FRONT] but WHAT ABOUT THE REAR WINDSCREEN with heater /defroster ELEMENTS ??

ANYBODY DONE THAT ONE TOO ??

It may lesson the uv impact but not the heat and i have seen the diy film put on rear heated screens - dont know how it fares though in general as it is something one would only use occasionally - as in heating the screen to clear it of misting. Most heated rear screen these days seem to be on a timer as in you switch it on and when screen clear it goes off and if you need it again you go through the same process unlike the old screens where it stayed on regardless untill you physically switched it off
