Sniper tv (1 Viewer)

Just purchased a Sniper SN2404E tv supposedly equipped with Bluetooth.
I'm struggling to get it to see and pair with any other bluetooth device.
Anybody had similar problems ?

Make sure that only the item with which you want the Sniper to connect has Bluetooth turned on. Quite a few of my bluetooth devices have trouble connecting if another bluetooth device is turned on.
I’d also turn off Bluetooth on the Sniper and then turn it back on after everything has been turned off and start trying to connect again.

I had a sniper tv, I don't recall having any Bluetooth issues with it.

Just a follow up to this. Tried to get support from Sniper without success. Further digging shows that the company went bust in Oct 2023, so any warranties are probably invalid now.

They are still on sale, perhaps you could contact the sellers for clarification?
