Our silver screen seems to have got a bit tatty has anyone washed theres in a machine and was it OK my screen will split to 3 sections

I would have thought a bucket of soapy water and a soft brush would be safer.

Im a newbie
Autosmart G101 or Tesco Daisy are all purpose cleaners. Either would clean the surfaces of a silver screen up nicely. Mix about 8 to 1 with water and scrub with a very very soft brush..

I would not put them in a washing machine if they are old or oldish as they might fall apart .

You could ring silver screens for advice before you try anything.
