Short term summer storage (1 Viewer)

Can anyone advise re short term summer storage of our 5th wheel unit.
We will be storing the unit outdoors for approx 3 months in France and we were wondering what the best option is regarding the fresh water system.
Do we drain the system and leave it empty or leave it with a quantity of steralised water such as Milton fluid then drain the system when we return.

Still quite new to this way of life hence the question.

Every time we put ours into storage in the States we drain the whole system .
Never had any problems
We always sterilise the system before use and fit a new filter
