it cannot be done on most motorhomes as the seat frame and belt anchorage need to be included and not vary the vehicle type approval. there used to be a few companies that would do the work for you, but not for a few years
anyone fitting a seatbelt is legally liable if anyone gets injured because it wasnt correctly installed. bear in mind this would mean rebuilding the seat around a welded frame mounted through the floor to the chassis. if it could be legally done it wouldnt be cheap and would seriously affect the payload. Also the insurer would need to accept the modification from standard, which they wont.
so in short, its not a practical idea to fit more seatbelts to a motorhome
