The wiring diagram I have for my MH is a photocopy of a photocopy and practically unreadable. The drawing stated that it was the copyright of Sargent Electrical Services, so I contacted their Tech support department via email and was answered by Craig Foot their Technical Support Specialist.

I would like to use this opportunity to thank Sargents and especially Craig for their help, to say he went the extra mile is an understatement. Maybe it's a sign of the times but I'm still a bit shocked at how helpful they are. Any future electrical work that I need, they will be my first port of call.:thumb::thumb::thumb:

when I had problem, I rang them, they told me to "come over" and I did, problem sorted

very helpfull company, and the little dogs in reception were nice too ( King Charles)

I have only been motorhoming for a couple or so years but have never heard a bad word about them.

It's nice to hear this sort of thing nowadays

May they be profitable and stay in business for ever :thumb::thumb:

Yes, I to wanted to check details on their EC328, over the new year period. Went on line, saw they were closed until 6 January, so sent an e-mail.
0915 6 January, phone rings, answer, Hello Sargent's here, I'm Craig, just read your .......

How good is that................just unbeatable......well done Sargents and Craig :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:
