We had an accident where a car pulled out onto A9 and we ran into the back of it. He admitted liability, we got van repaired with our Saga insurance. That was Christmas before last (2022). We are still battling with Saga, as they put us down as 'at fault' and increased our premiums (we re protected NCB) .
It seems almost impossible to get anywhere contacting or talking to Saga, each time we do talk to a person they say they will get back to us, but they never do, so over a year later, wife is threatening the ombudsman.
Certainly doesn't make us want to go with Saga for a holiday.
