On Thursday evening I spent an hour trying to get the reversing light working prior to the MOT.

I noticed while doing it that the bottom 2" of the reflective surface of the rear indicator was white and not mirrored. Obviously time had taken it's toll.

I worried about this but the 'van passed the MOT with only one advisory (apparently the front Nearside brake was very slightly later in operation than the offside) but I digress.
This morning I took the cluster off and, borrowing ??? a patch of kitchen foil, cut to size, I dropped some superglue on the 'missing' part of the reflective surface, spread the glue with a Q Tip and put the foil on top, spreading it flat with my finger.

Result, I now have a 360 deg, reflective surface on the indicators.
Cost???? Almost nothing as against about £65 for a new cluster.
