I’m sure I saw an almost exact same questionnaire somewhere else and it wasn’t a student thesis, more like one of these pop up type things?

Completed but… you could enter more than one “choice” on each line, and the guidance was that at least one choice must be made. The former didn’t make sense to me - how can you agree with something and also disagree (without a philosophical debate)

Is there such a thing as a motorhome Master’s Thesis…? I too have seen these before on here and I just think there research companies and questionnaire givers…

I started the questionnaire but I suspect the answers required are incorrectly listed. Eg.
The multichoice answers are.
Totally disagree.
Disagree and
Not sure.
There is no "Agree" or positive answer choice which I suspect should be the first answer rather than totally disagree.
I think you need to review your questions to include a positive answer as well.
( maybe it's a translation thing?)
