Well the van is packed and ready for the of
Just watching the Grand Prix, then out for a meal
Then the footy to complete the days workoh:
"iam on call so trying hard to ignore and divert any incoming doing the miimum needed"

After work 10pm, its of to Dover for early ferry and 2 weeks of touring
going to La Rochelle first then see what happens.:Cool::Cool:

Would like to thank all of you who have answered our questions recently,
as this is our first trip to France on our own, so all is new, will pop in and have a nose when possibe, may put some photos up time permiting, but we try to leave the techy stuff alone when away.

Have a super time, we recently spent eight weeks out there, if you do get the opportunity before you get to La Rochelle visit the southern corner of Brittany or if like us La Rochelle is not altogether your cup of tea come back that way, the Gulf of Morbiham is so pretty .OOOPs many love La Rochelle and I trust you will also.

We set La Rochelle as a target but didnt get there. The closest we got was St Michels Mount.

We were to busy having a good time around Brittany. Anyhow have a ball.

Well bigfish HAVE GREAT HOLIDAY I KNOW YOU WILL ENJOY YOURSELF.....but I am afraid I am with Alan on La Rochelle........... me and the wife find La Rochelle very disappointing and we would always bypass it....(If you are a biker, I know lots British bikers "Harley D" go there every year as with many other bikers) every body knows La Rochelle..... there are better above and below...but you must go for yourself as we all are different..likes & dislikes...southern Brittany is lovely.
One nice Aire is Brambles just about 2 to 3 miles north of Piriac Sur Mer on the coast road

well BIGFISH.... I have even given you some inside informatiom showing you the lure it was caught on......with large float to keep it out of the rocks below...cast...retrieve....cast...retrieve cast ...retreive ...was the method.

the lure was 6" long so take a guess how long was the fish
