hello folks,
Has anyone seen a link to any reliable info either way as to whether diesels (in particular) are to see CO2 emissions £££ increases across the board in near future?
Trying to decide on 'old school' camper around 1999, Euro 4 or Euro 5 vans for conversion.
Thanks for any insight !

I'm pretty certain that the 1 April changes are applying to cars only. PLG and PHG tax rates aren't changing anyway. Other commercial vehicle VED rates can be found online.

Converted vehicles like camper vans don't normally have a CO2 emission figure stated on the V5. If they do it might become more complicated.

What's likely to change (or cost more) before too long is diesel vehicle access to urban areas. Already the case in parts of Europe, and London. It's bound to spread.
