I decided to tidy up a bit of sealer on the wheel arches and skirts, easy job I thought 
I wasn't happy with how it all cleaned up so decided to do the job properly (fool) and take the skirt off. Only problem with that is the cover strip holds the skirt on and apart from brute force and destruction testing I can't seem to remove it.
The white trim sits snuggly on its aluminium carrier and does not just flick off
So any help with the technique to remove said trim would be warmly welcomed.
