It's a fair cop Guv. Caught bang to rights.

It looks like they taken the turn too wide, they have a TOAD on the back and the tyres are bald.

Also those 4x4, 2HP engines have amazing torque but a very low top speed,
a bit like an old Landrover they look great but you don't want to be behind one
