hi again. so can anyone tell me the cost of crossing the bridge to ile de re? do i need to take out another mortgage or what?

Dont know how much for mh but we went last year in a hire car and I cant remember how much that was exactly but I would have remembered if I thought it was a lot , well worth it anyway. Mind the bikes

Class 3 vehicle !

I think MH's are class 3, in which case it's 18 Euros each way !!oh:oh:oh:

I can't remember what it cost therefore it must have been reasonable. It is a lovely place to visit so whatever it costs don't be put off. Yes, as another poster said - watch out for the bikes. I can't remember the name of the site we stayed on but it was near the lighthouse if that helps and it was excellent.

theres an aire on the right as you enter the first town after the bridge showers and toilets
right on the sea front cant recall the toll being hideously expensive
