As our warranty is coming to an end at the end of march, we have been offered an extended warranty with Marquis for £695 for another year, would it be worth taking out as we are thinking of changing this year, wouldn't that be attractive to the new buyer as it is transferable at a minimal cost of £25?
It covers everything for that year the same as a first year warranty would be.
