l have instant email updates ticked but have yet to receive any notifications. l need to keep hunting down threads which is a pain :Sad:

They're not going into your spam/junk inbox are they? Worth a check.

Are you subscribing to the threads you want to follow as this is what triggers the email updates?

At the top of a thread you wish to follow click on 'Thread Tools' and subscribe to that thread.

If you post on a thread it does it automatically for you. And as said check you spam folder.

l use mailwasher pro and this is logged into friends list so no to spam and l checked that ages ago when l realised it wasnt sending.
Will recheck my watch threads watch when home but not even getting the ones l start or private message notes :-(
