Your best bet is a 12v car battery and a cheap battery charger as this will save the chances of cooking your heater ECU if you get a power cut while the heater is running.
If you don't fancy that route and want to take the risk then you will need a power supply that can deliver at least a constant 12 amps as the glowplug and fan draw 9 amps on startup and shutdown.

I've got a 50A version of one of these in the shed/heater.

Works fine the heaters draw around 11a on start up
