Today the website has been down most of the time.

This evening it won’t accept my reg number, it’s foreign but how the hell can i pay if it won‘t take the reg number ?

Now you have to queue to even access the site

I think i might be driving clockwise once we arrive

Came over their shitey bridge tax on Friday and now in middle of France trying to pay for the privilege.

Could just phone them to pay: 0300 300 0120. Might be easier and quicker than waiting for the website!

They are open 8am to 8pm.

There must be a IT manager somewhere who has aged ten years in the past few days, if not maybe he/she could be hung from the top tower on the bridge until they confess their sins and apologise for being useless.

Having been involved in system changes a number of times everyone in IT has my sympathy. Its never a easy as it seems. Anyone remember the TSB system change.
