A Woosh bang
Following a near miss on wet steps I decided to fit some anti-slip tread tape on the treads .

I nearly went down on my back .. fortunately I caught the grab handle..but I still managed to strain my back..

Most will have seen this already either in industry or on stairs in offices.. or have it on the van steps already..

not just anti-slip it also makes the treads more visible at night..

plenty on ebay.. I bought this one.. Broken Link Removed

fast delivery.. I fitted some today..

I used meths to clean the treads before fixing the tape..

Good idea, mine had already got some anti slip on which peeled off, I bought some skate board grip from eBay, worked a treat
