Maybe not a very strong second home led market north of the border? It’s a big driver for house prices in the SW coastal belt - benefit or blight depending on your point of view.

MH 55 FUN, I own my share of the freehold. No ground rent to pay. We share cost of insurance and any repairs/ maintenance of building between 5 owners. I’ve just arranged for the entrance hall to be repainted next week.

Is the 6.3% net of all expenses over say a 5 year period?

Have you got a letting agent or do you manage it yourself?

Would the off-street parking allow for a 7-8m MH. if not what other parking is around?

Precisely, house prices here haven't changed much in the last 20 years, there are loads on the market. My neighbor's house has had 2 viewings in10 years, and he's dropped the price from £240k to £180k!
