Tow bars to tow cars A Frame for sale to suit VW Up. This is just the A Frame and doesn’t include any of the electronic gubbings that fits to the car . It’s in great condition, just a couple of years old. Bit of a long shot but if anyone’s got a Vw up and considering going to Tow Bars to Tow Cars for a conversion then this could save you some money. It just has the two towing eyes that screw into the front crossmember.

Then you also need a modified cross member too
which may have caused a problem to a buyer as you state only the electrical items are missing
the standard crssmember wont accommodate an A frame

I stated “ This is just an A Frame” , I have given my phone number , I would expect anyone genuinely interested in the item would contact me to discuss what they will or won’t need to convert their car, at this point I would inform them of the need for the modified cross member , this is also explained very clearly on the Tow Bars to Tow Cars website.

of course the A frame will fit many different cars, and the new owner would need to buy a suitable crossmember and fitting kit to suit. The VW up reference is only valid to the size of car the frame suits
