For longer than I care to admit, my Growler system had been giving intermittent false alarms on the door/locker/accessory circuit. A couple of times over 18 months Ash worked patiently with me to find the cause based on my description of what I thought was the trigger. He sent fresh door contacts FOC for me to try, then when I finally found a way of bypassing the problem he sent me a replacement switch, again FOC, for the accessory loop circuit. Problem solved.

Well this is two reviews really.
In August last year I had VanBitz fit my alarm and tracker to make my insurance happy well it made me happy to I have a memory like a goldfish and now as well as keeping my motorhome safe it logs every trip I make .
All done to their very high standards I have come to expect.
I have been very happy with it and the money I'm saving on my insurance.

On 19th March this year I arranged to have my 12 volt system changed to Lithium and I knew it was not a case of dropping a Lithium battery in place of my lead battery and that their would but a lot more to it and a lot more cost too but I'm good with IT but rubbish with this sort of thing, so I'm happy to leave it to the professionals.
I had a qoute in August 2023 from Ash in detail of everything that would need to be done and a breakdown of each cost of equipment and appropriate cist of labour and a appropriate cost of extra cables etc that maybe required.
Then over the six months until I arrived to get it all done Ash gave me a revised LOWER price because prices in the market had dropped (you don't hear that very offen from anybody these days) Ash and Nick where great and Dave managed to fit a quart into a pint glass I still don't know how he managed to get such a large amount of kit into such a small space
