Do I need an emissions sticker for all German cities and if so where can i obtain one please

Not for all cities, and only the centre of those who do require them.
You can get from main vehicle testing stations but you will need your V5. I will try and find a link for you.

Perhaps not as cheap as buying one in Germany but it included postage and they took U.K. Credit card. Worth 15 € to know I had it before I left uk.

I bought one at tuv test station in germany. Had to prove emmissions which were on my coc, certificate of conformity. Cost about 5euro.

Bought mine on web, paid by CC and received in post within a week. Had to send a copy of the vehicle Certificate of Conformity

I got mine from Berlin via the internet. €5. Just took a picture of my Vehicle Registration Cert and attached it. Came in about a week. Valid for all German Towns that requires Emission Sticker. Valid for the life of the vehicle.
