OK OK that's enough, I'm really peed off now that we couldn't make it to the meet which we had been so looking forward to.
Looks like it has been a great gathering (didn't expect any other with Dave & Jaks hosting!) and last evening gourmet meal looks really spectacular.
Hopefully if it happens again we shall get there.

Just got back - cracking weekend, company was brilliant, Friday and Saturday nights were great. Even the M25 behaved itself on the way home! Thanks Dave and Jac for a lovely weekend, your organisational skills and spatial awareness were excellent Dave!

Well I ' m trying to work on Les a bit about the meets because he doesn't come on the forum (enjoys me reading bits though).

Been showing him the pics and he's asking me who's who, although I can only recognise a couple Just wanted him to see what a lovely bunch of folks and what a great time people were having, and the weather of course.

I just want to add my thanks to Dave and Jackie for all the hard work they must have had to do to make this a really enjoyable weekend. I enjoyed both nights out and both lots of food. I also enjoyed the company and meeting new people, especially when they only live a few miles from us.

This one will be the last one for us this year. However I hope to see you all again (and some more new people) when we start all over again in the spring of next year.

We had a last minute change of plan & had a late night dash for home - so 'Goodbye' to all those who we had planned to say goodbye to & didn't. Made even more late night by a 10 min call at my sister's to drop off a parcel that turned into an hour & a half - all without getting out of the van.

Great gourmet meal Sat night in great company as always. Lovely to see friends old & new (old? I've only
been on the forum just over a year, but you know what I mean! Old in comparison to those we met for the first time).

Huge thanks to Dave & Jackie for organising it all. First time I've seen the Rubik's Cube done with motorhomes. Well done Dave.

Could it be that a disgruntled passenger got into the office and tried to type a message into the display board - but didn't have enough room for the first and last word - couldn't possibly say what the first word is, but the last word maybe 'YOURS'!!

Oh, by the way - what a handsome pair they are (and Neil and David scrub up very well too!!!)

We are now at the euro tunnel terminus and moved in to an earlier train for free. Thanks to Dave and Jackie for a fantastic weekend. Howie says thanks for his birthday card and for everyone's good wishes. We had a great weekend and look forward to meeting everyone again at other meets/on the road.

I'm on a course of antibiotics now, due to catching what the doctor described as the worst case of LURGI he had ever seen. He reckons it came from someone being submersed upto their elbows in Howies cake on Saturday night.
