I am having a bad day...

Home Smart Server is showing a problem on PHYSICALDIVE2 bad sectors etc,,,,

When I look at Server Storage I have Locations Bay 1,2,3,4.

CAn I assume that PHYSICALDIVE2 is in Bay 3?

I am using a HP smart Median server, so the following is true

TOP OF SERVER
PHYSICALDIVE3 = BAY 3
PHYSICALDIVE2 = BAY 2
PHYSICALDIVE1 = BAY 1
PHYSICALDIVE0 = BAY 0 MAIN SOFTWARE

BOTTOM OF SERVER


Has anyone removed a drive from a server?

Is it possible to rename each internal drive?

How can I format the drive before I send it back for a replacement?
