Just wanted to publically praise Hillview Awnings in Dorset (https://www.hillviewawnings.co.uk).
We recently bought our first van with a Thule electric awning that didn't work (we bought it in sub-zero temperatures and accepted the hypothysis that it was frozen when it didn't work - yeah, I know ...).
Hillview were brilliant from beginning to end. Fixed it perfectly (was a broken wire somewhere in the bowls of the van) and the engineer took us through the process he went through to diagnose & fix it. He also spent time explaining where all the hidden "stuff" was for future reference, and on discovering we had no idea how the awning actually worked, he gave us a complete demonstration.
Can't recommend them highly enough.
